Breathing Timer

A breathing timer keeps you on rhythm: inhale and exhale with a clear cue so you don’t have to count. GoFocus gives you a visual cue and optional timer (1, 2, or 5 minutes) so you can focus on the breath.

How to use a breathing timer

  1. Open GoFocus and choose a breathing mode (Calm or Deep Focus).
  2. Set the timer to 2 minutes for a short reset, or 5 minutes for a longer pause.
  3. Follow the on-screen “Breathe In” / “Breathe Out” cue.
  4. When the timer ends, take a moment before returning to your day.
